Shipping policy

  • All purchases made during Buen Fin, Summer Sale, or any type of discount promotion are final. No exchanges or returns are allowed.
  • Returns are credited as store credit, valid for 30 days. We will cover the cost of the first return shipping label. If the exchange is not accepted, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the second shipping label.
  • Items are only eligible for exchange if they still have the original tags and show no signs of use.
  • Full exchanges or returns of merchandise will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If your product does not arrive in good condition on the day of delivery, please contact us immediately by phone at 9811717898 to proceed with an exchange.
  • Exchanges for different sizes or models are allowed as long as the items are not final sale.
  • Returns will be handled through FedEx, DHL, or Estafeta.
  • Damages caused by misuse of the product by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Product exchanges are subject to availability. If the product or variant you request is not available, you may choose another item of the same value.
  • The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the date the product was received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If there is a problem, a different card may be requested.
  • Refunds or returns will only be processed after we have received the physical products and verified that the items are in perfect condition.

The first exchange is on us, but any additional exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.
